Tofu Delight. It is an easy recipe that anyone can prepare in their home. Fried
Tofu is prepared using a mixture of spices and other breading ingredients. You
can serve the recipe along with a plain yogurt or with eggplant brinjal. Let’s

Ingredients
Tofu- 1 full pack (drained and pressed)
Vegetable broth- 2 cups (sauce of all vegetables)
Flour- ½ cup
Vegetable Oil- 3 tbsp
Nutritional Yeast- 3 tbsp
Salt- 1 tbsp
Fresh Black Pepper- ½ tbsp
Cayenne Pepper- ½ tbsp
How to Prepare?
- First, take the tofu and cut into medium pieces. Place them in a bowl and pour broth over it. Leave it for sometime to soak.
- Take a separate bowl and add flour, yeast, salt, pepper and cayenne.
- Now, heat a pan with medium heat.
- Check the tofu and see whether they have been completely soaked. Take the tofu and roll in the breading mixture. Deep fry in the hot oil.
- Ensure to fry till you get crisp and browned on all sides.
- Hot spicy tofu is ready to serve.
