Peri Peri Sauce

Potatoes

Tomato Ketchup or Schezwan sauce

Red Chilli Powder

Dry herbs

Salt

How to Make?

  • Peel and wash the potatoes well. Dry for sometime.
  • Slice the potatoes into wedges. Make sure to cut on an even shape.
  • Marinate the potato wedges with the peri peri sauce for 45 mins to 1 hour.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the marinated potato wedges until till it turns golden browned.
  • Serve the hot peri peri potato wedges for your guest!
