Ingredients
To be Mixed into A Marinade
Besan: ¼ cup (roasted)
Carom Seeds: ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1
tbsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Other Ingredients
Oil for deep fry
Chaat masala for
sprinkling
How to Prepare?
- Put the paneer in a bowl. Mix with all the ingredients given in marinade section. Toss gently with your hands.
- Heat the oil in a pan and start putting the marinated paneer pieces one by one. Wait till it turns golden brown colour. Drain and put on an absorbent paper.
- Repeat the step 2 for the remaining paneer strips. Sprinkle chaat masala over the fried paneer and serve immediately.
